Weezer are set to release their new album, Hurley, on September 14th. The band is currently giving away a new track from the album titled “Memories” over on Spinner.com. Hurley is Weezer’s first album on an independent label after 17 years on a major. A major move for one of alternative rock’s most cherished bands. For Hurley, Weezer stripped away the pop and are back to the rock with 10 of the most powerful and adventuresome songs of their celebrated career.
