Weezer will be performing their new single “Memories” live on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” tonight, September 15 at 11:35PM/10:35CT in celebration of the their new album, Hurley, which is in stores now. The video for “Memories” can be seen here and pick up their new album on iTunes.
