Here is a message from the band via myspace:
Somebody’s Gonna Miss Us DVD
Hello TSL fans…
We’re in the process of putting the finishing touches on our first official TSL DVD. The “Somebody’s Gonna Miss Us” DVD will be released sometime after the new year, and we’re looking for something that we need your help with. The last TSL show was at Bamboozle, if you were there, and took photos, we’d love to possibly use them for the DVD…more specifically, we’re looking for a shot of when we finished the set…it was a pretty intense moment and we’ve love to have it on this DVD.
If you have any photos from that show, please email them to:Include your name and email address, if your photo makes it in the DVD, we’d love to hook you up with a copy.
We’ll be setting up a flickr page with all the photos as well…and will let you know when it’s up and running. Hope you’ve been great, can’t wait for all of you to see the DVD!

And Then There Were None Sign To Tooth & Nail
Tooth & Nail has signed New Hampshire based And Then There Were None. The band made the following post on their MySpace page.
We are EXTREMELY excited to announce that we have just signed to the legendary Tooth and Nail records.
This label has been home to some of the most influential and inspirational bands of our time. (Underoath, Anberlin, Mae, MxPx, Norma Jean etc.) We feel it is a great fit for ATTWN and look forward to what the future brings.
Our full-length record, “Who Speaks for Planet Earth?” will be available EVERYWHERE on February 24th 2009. The record contains 11 tracks produced by Matt Rhoades / Sean Sweeney and mixed by J.R. McNeely and David Bendeth.
To hear a sample of new music listen to the new Tooth and Nail podcast HERE!
Aside from our DIY tour this December; we will also be on tour the end of Jan. and all of Feb. with Aerodrone and Secret Secret Dino Club. (Dates will be posted soon!)
Less than one year ago we posted “John Orr The Arsonist” on this myspace page and since then so much has happened! We really want to thank everyone who has supported us along the way (YES even in the metal days of ATTWN!)
Love,
Matt R, Matt M, Sean, Nick and Garret
