According to a blog post on Red Scare myspace page, Brendan Kelly of Lawrence Arms will be coming out with a split cd with Joe McMahon of Smoke or Fire.  The split cd which is titled, Wasted Potential, will feature 7 songs and is set to be out March 16th.
