Transit are streaming their new video for “Young New England” off their new album of the same name. Pick it up on iTunes now if you haven’t yet.
Transit will release their new LP, Young New England, on April 2nd via Rise Records. The band has also revealed the cover art and track listing for the album, which was recorded with Ted Hutt (The Gaslight Anthem, Flogging Molly) and Gary Cioffi (“Listen & Forgive”) in MA.

Transit will embark on a national spring headline tour featuring support from Seahaven and Young Statues, starting April 5 in Hamden, CT and finishing in Montreal, QC on May 17. The band is scheduled to co-headline the second night of Today’s Mixtape Festival with The Story So Far and label mates Man Overboard on April 6 in Patchogue, NY and is confirmed to play the return of Skate and Surf Festival on May 18 in Freehold, NJ, as well as Pouzza Fest in Montreal, May 19 and Slam Dunk Festival in the UK, May 25-27 (see dates below.)
Transit are streaming a full band version of “Skipping Stone” which you can check out below. The song was recorded in March of 2012 @ Maximum Sound Studios and produced by Gary Cioffi and Transit. A 7″ single of “Skipping Stone” with a new song and bonus track will be out soon on Rise Records according to the band.

Transit are streaming their new video “Asleep At The Wheel” over on AltPress.com. The song comes from the band’s latest album, Listen & Forgive, out now on Rise Records.
The band is currently out on tour with The Wonder Years and will also be on the 2012 Vans Warped Tour this summer.
Transit and Man Overboard will be releasing a 7″ split. The split can be purchased via Pure Noise. It will be available in limited collector colors including red, white, and blue. All three colors can be purchased as a package as well. In addition, the split comes with digital downloads of the songs or a digital copy can be purchased at all digital outlets.
