The Higher have set June 23rd as the release date for their new album, It’s Only Natural. The bands cover of “¨Ne-Yo’s “Closer” can now be heard on their MySpace page.
Produced by Mike Green (Paramore, The Matches), It’s Only Natural features twelve tracks that ooze hormones and heartbreak for a fun, sexy album that’s filled with songs like the irresistibly dancey “It’s Only Natural,” the pool-side anthem “Undertaker” and a seductive cover of Ne-Yo’s “Closer,” (available for stream here) which will be wearing grooves from dance floors to backseats all summer long. Prepare to fall in love with Vegas’ hottest attraction.
“I’m really excited for the release of this record,” says exuberant frontman Seth Trotter. “It’s gonna incorporate the same R&B/Pop vibe that The Higher always bring, and it also brings back some of the guitar and rock that the old Higher fans might miss.
